The 澳门五分彩 Board of Regents has named Ninette Caruso as its new Chief Audit Executive, effective October 26, 2020. Under the direction of the 澳门五分彩 Board of Regents鈥� Audit & Finance Committee, the Internal Audit department independently examines and evaluates operations of the system and its member institutions.
Caruso will join the 澳门五分彩 after serving five years as Chief Audit Executive for Discover Financial Services. As global CAE for Discover, Caruso was accountable for the development and execution of the audit plan in alignment with risk management, control and governance oversight of Discover Financial Service鈥檚 business units: Global Payments, Consumer Lending, Direct Banking and support functions.

Caruso began her career with KPMG in Johannesburg, South Africa, before relocating to the United States upon joining Arthur Andersen鈥檚 risk management group in 1998. Prior to her arrival at Discover in 2015, Caruso served in leadership roles for Bank One, Nationwide Insurance and Genworth Financial.
As part of Caruso鈥檚 transition to the 澳门五分彩, Interim Chief Audit Executive Sheba Joyner will resume her full-time role as Senior Director of Internal Audit.
